I am pleased to announce a special pilgrimage, recognized by the Holy See’s Dicastery for Evangelization, during the Jubilee Year. The chaplain will be Fr. Ken Riley, JCL, vicar general of the Diocese of Kansas City-St. Joseph and past-president of the Canon Law Society of America, and will be led by Joshua McCaig, a civil lawyer who is the United State’s delegate to the Jubilee for the World of Justice.
